Villa Saint-Germain-des-Prés makes every effort to keep the Site permanently accessible, but is under no obligation to do so. Villa Saint-Germain-des-Prés may therefore interrupt access to the Site, in particular for maintenance or updating purposes, or for any other reason, in particular technical or editorial, without prior notice or information to Internet users, without Villa Saint-Germain-des-Prés being held responsible for the consequences of such interruptions, either to Internet users or to any third party.

DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they shall endeavour to find an amicable solution.
If no amicable agreement can be reached, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman responsible for the professional, i.e. AME CONSO, within a period of one year from the date of the written complaint sent to the professional.
Referral to the Consumer Ombudsman must be made :

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal.
RESPONSIBILITY
Villa Saint-Germain-des-Prés makes every effort to ensure to the best of its ability the accuracy and updating of the information published on the Site. Villa Saint-Germain-des-Prés reserves the right to modify the content of the Site at any time and without prior notice.
However, Villa Saint-Germain-des-Prés cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision and completeness of the information made available on the Site, which information constitutes neither a guarantee nor a commitment on the part of Villa Saint-Germain-des-Prés with regard to the Internet user. In particular, Villa Saint-Germain-des-Prés cannot be held responsible for :

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITONS OF THE HOTEL
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT CONDITIONS
If you have made your reservation on our website or through an online travel agent, you may cancel or modify your reservation only via the link on your confirmation email and in accordance with the conditions of sale.
If you have made your reservation directly with the hotel, any cancellation or modification must be made in writing by email or fax only.
The cancellation or modification of the reservation will only be validated with a confirmation or cancellation reference.
- Cancellation or amendment charges
If you have booked an offer with flexible cancellation conditions (BAR, RACK or PACKAGE rates):
D-2 days before arrival: Cancellation/Modification free of charge
D-1 day until midnight Paris time or No-show at the hotel: Cancellation/change fee of one night's cost
These cancellation fees are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-changeable.
If you have booked a non-cancellable/non-refundable offer (PROMO or SMART rates):
The full amount of the stay is charged at 100% at the time of booking.
This amount cannot be cancelled or modified and the dates of stay cannot be changed.
TAXES
Rates include VAT but do not include tourist tax, which is payable locally (€10.73 per night per adult).
ARRIVAL TIME / DEPARTURE TIME
Your room will be available at reception from the time indicated below
Arrival time (from): 15:00 Latest check-out time: 12:00
Early check-in or late check-out must be requested and confirmed with a Reception Officer on the day of arrival or departure only and may incur additional charges.
It Is advisable to use the ‘Comments or additional information’ box on the booking form or to notify us by email of your estimated time of arrival, particularly if this is before 15:00.
PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED ON ARRIVAL
On arrival, guests and accompanying persons must provide a valid form of identification that matches the name of the room reservation:
- Identity card or passport for European nationals
- Passport for all other nationals.
In addition, the name of the credit card used to make the reservation must match the ID provided and must be presented on arrival if a prepayment was made at the time of booking.
If the room was booked by a third party, the person present will need to provide a new credit card in their name and matching their own ID.
A pre-authorisation for the total amount of the stay and a deposit of €60 per night and per person will be made on arrival. The card must be in the name of the person staying at the hotel. Cards accepted are : Visa, Mastercard, American Express. A cash deposit can also be made.
Any extras will be agreed with the customer at the end of the stay, on departure.
If cash has been paid as a guarantee and no extras have been charged, it will be returned to the customer.
Minors may not stay in our establishment without the presence of a legal guardian.
ADDITIONAL PERSON IN ROOM
An extra bed can be added in some of our rooms: Deluxe, Junior Suite on request only.
An additional charge of €150 per night will be added to your bill for an extra person aged 12 or over in a room.
Children under 12 and babies are welcome free of charge, subject to availability and if the room permits (Deluxe, Junior Suite on request only). The maximum occupancy of our rooms is 3 people. For further information, please contact the hotel.
The identity of each person staying at the hotel must be stated at the time of booking and they must provide valid identification on arrival at the hotel.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR GROUPS
All bookings of 5 rooms or more are considered to be group bookings, and special conditions may apply.
PAYMENT AND BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Payments must be made using one of the cards listed below, via our secure internet pages or directly with the hotel.
A pre-authorisation for the amount of the first night can be made by the hotel at the time of booking.
Visa / Eurocard - Mastercard / American Express for guarantee and prepayment
Maestro for payment on site only.
PAYMENT AND INVOICING CURRENCY
Your invoice will be made out in EUROS.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
The Villa Saint-Germain-des-Prés is an entirely non-smoking establishment.In the event of non-compliance with this policy, you will be charged for the cost of cleaning the room to eliminate tobacco odours, as well as the immobilisation of the room. This amount will correspond to one night's rate.
INCIDENTS, DAMAGE
The rooms made available to our customers are checked, functional and in good condition. Guests are asked to report any shortcomings immediately to the hotel reception.
The Villa Saint-Germain-des-Prés reserves the right to invoice the occupant of the room for any consumption, overnight stays or extras (minibar) not paid for on departure using the credit card given on arrival.
Similarly, for any offence or damage found after the occupant has left the room, a penalty charge will be applied and the credit card given on arrival will be debited. Reception can provide an invoice for these charges.
PET POLICY
We do not accept pets.
PARKING
There is a covered car park near the hotel (Parking Saints-Pères, 54 rue Jacob 75006 Paris).
The rate is €55 per 24 hours.
LUGGAGE
The Villa Saint-Germain-des-Prés is unable to store suitcases between two stays, regardless of the size of the luggage. Our concierge will be happy to provide you with the address of the nearest secure storage facility.
GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25 May 2018. This regulation was adopted at European level in order to reform data protection rules in the EU by updating and modernising existing standards (1995 European Directive).
As part of your relationship with Villa Saint-Germain-des-Prés, your personal and/or professional details are currently stored internally at 29 rue Jacob 75006 Paris on a secure server. None of your information is rented or sold.
We would like to ensure that you agree to us keeping your contact details and receiving information about the latest news and the services we offer (booking confirmation, assistance before, during and after your stay, satisfaction questionnaire, personalised offers).

BODY AND FACE TREATMENTS
We offer massages and facial treatments in our SPA exclusively for our customers between 7am and 9pm (time of last treatment). Treatments booked between 7am and 9am and 8pm and 10pm are subject to a €30 surcharge.
POLICY FOR MODIFYING AND/OR CANCELLING A SPA TREATMENT
If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, please inform us at least 24 hours before the start of your treatment. In the event of no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours before the treatment, the treatment will be billed at 100%.%
